PARIS!! Au revoir

We went to Paris for Christmas. Even though after the attack in November, everyone told us not to go. This was our dream trip, and it turned out to be just that, a dream. Security was tight but we didn't mind and nobody else did.
Prior to going Craig asked me some of the places I wanted see. Of Course the Eiffel Tower and,  31 Rue Cambon, which is none other than the original Chanel Store.
It was unbelievable for me. I love, love Coco Chanel. Even named my dog Coco. To be there and walk up the steps to her private residence was like a dream to me.
The store was packed with Parisian women, trying on and spending money like it was monopoly money. The sales associates were not snooty at all. They knew we were Americans (I guess by the St Louis Cap Craig was wearing), they made us feel right at home. Like we had some of that monopoly money.Craig said get what you want baby, how often will you get to go to Paris? I should have blown his mind and did just that LOL.

All I can say is. Paris is one of the most romantic places I have ever visited. Even the buildings are romantic. If I spoke French I would live there. Its clean, friendly and the food is well, French.

We went to London first. Couldn't be across the pond and not go. We took the Euro Train to Paris.
